The design and implementation of innovative technical processes and architectures to reduce costs and improve quality, service levels, time to market, and morale while ensuring continued organizational alignment.
I have 15 years experience as a CTO including acquisition due diligence, integration of
acquired firms, and continuous improvement of both R&D operations and product architectures
in the US, Europe, India, and Morocco.
Earlier in my career, I served in technical management positions at several Fortune 500 companies,
holding responsibility for software design, consulting and global IT infrastructure growth.
I served as director of architecture for 20th Century Fox, where I established the architecture
department and was responsible for both software development and managing the growth of the
company’s global IT infrastructure.
I designed and implemented multiple software organizations including designing the software
development processes for an ERP software vendor and a Siemens software product subsidiary
and I designed the 24/7 operational processes for the
No. 1 automotive Web site on the Internet, www.toyota.com.
I also served as Vice President of Software Development for BondNet Trading Systems where I was responsible
for the design and construction of a nationwide distributed bond trading system. In an earlier role,
I also worked as the Director of the Object Oriented Consulting practice for Tier Technologies.
I am a published author and U.S. patent holder. I received a B.S. in Microbiology from Purdue University
and an M.S. in Molecular Biology from Washington University in St. Louis.
